Bernard Lancret
Bernard Lancret (1894–1966, France) was a French stage and film actor active from the 1920s through the 1950s. He appeared in over 30 films, including notable roles in Max Ophüls’s “Le Plaisir” (1952) and Henri-Georges Clouzot’s “Les Diaboliques” (1955). Lancret was also a prominent theater director at the Comédie-Française, contributing significantly to French cultural arts.
