Börje Ahlstedt

Börje Ahlstedt (1940–Present, Sweden) is a Swedish actor best known for his frequent collaborations with director Ingmar Bergman. He gained international recognition for his role as Oscar in Bergman’s Fanny and Alexander (1982), and has had a distinguished career in Swedish theater, film, and television, including appearances in The Best Intentions (1992) and Private Confessions (1996). Ahlstedt is celebrated for his versatile portrayals of complex, introspective characters.
