Camille Keaton

Camille Keaton (1947–Present, United States) is an American actress best known for her lead role as Jennifer Hills in the controversial 1978 rape-and-revenge horror film I Spit on Your Grave, directed by Meir Zarchi. Born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, she trained at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theater in New York and began her screen career in the early 1970s with appearances in films such as The Psychic (1978) and Heroine (1974). Keaton has maintained a sporadic presence in independent and low-budget cinema, becoming a cult figure in the exploitation and horror genres due to her iconic performance.
