Elisabeth Trissenaar

Elisabeth Trissenaar (1944–Present, Germany) is a German actress renowned for her contributions to New German Cinema. She rose to prominence through collaborations with director Rainer Werner Fassbinder, notably in films such as “The Bitter Tears of Petra von Kant” (1972) and “Fox and His Friends” (1975), where she portrayed complex supporting roles. Trissenaar has maintained an active career in theater and film across Europe, with over 50 screen credits spanning five decades.
