Ellie Lambeti

Ellie Lambeti (1926–1983, Greece) was a Greek stage and film actress widely regarded as one of the most important figures in Greek theatre and cinema of the 20th century. She gained acclaim through her collaborations with director Michael Cacoyannis, starring in films such as *Stella* (1955) and *A Girl in Black* (1956).
