Jacques Dufilho

Jacques Dufilho (1912–2005, France) was a French actor renowned for his distinctive voice and versatile supporting roles in over 125 films across six decades. Beginning his career in the 1940s, he gained prominence in French cinema through appearances in adaptations of classic literature, such as Athos in *The Three Musketeers* (1961) and Faria in *The Count of Monte Cristo* (1998). Dufilho’s work in both comedies and dramas solidified his status as a beloved character actor in French film history.
