Lina Romay

There are two notable actresses named Lina Romay, so I’ll provide both: Lina Romay (1919–2010, Mexico/United States) was a Mexican-American singer and actress. She rose to prominence as a vocalist with Xavier Cugat’s orchestra in the 1940s and appeared in MGM musicals of that era. Lina Romay (1954–2012, Spain) was a Spanish actress and frequent collaborator of director Jesús Franco, whom she later married. She appeared in numerous European exploitation and horror films from the 1970s onward and also worked as a director and screenwriter.
