Matthias Habich

Matthias Habich (1940–Present, Germany) is a German actor known for his extensive work in film, television, and theater, particularly in the New German Cinema movement. He gained international recognition for roles in films such as “The Lost Honour of Katharina Blum” (1975) directed by Volker Schlöndorff, “Das Boot” (1981) by Wolfgang Petersen, and “The Reader” (2008) by Stephen Daldry.
