Mel Blanc (1908–1989, United States) Mel Blanc was an American voice actor, radio personality, and comedian renowned for his versatile vocal performances in animation and entertainment. He provided the voices for iconic Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies characters, including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, and Elmer Fudd, contributing to over 400 roles across Warner Bros. cartoons from the 1930s to the 1980s. Blanc’s innovative sound effects and character voices were instrumental in defining the golden age of American animation and earned him the nickname “The Man of a Thousand Voices.”
