Robert Culp
Robert Culp (1930–2010, United States) was an American actor, screenwriter, and director best known for his role as Kelly Robinson in the NBC television series I Spy (1965–1968), opposite Bill Cosby, which earned him three Emmy nominations and helped break racial barriers in television. He appeared in numerous films, including PT 109 (1963) as Lt. (j.g.) John F. Kennedy, Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice (1969), and The Pelican Brief (1993), and also guest-starred in shows like The Outer Limits and Columbo. Culp’s versatile career spanned over five decades, blending action, drama, and comedy while contributing as a writer and director in television.
