Vera Tschechowa

Vera Tschechowa (1940–Present, Germany) is a German actress of Russian descent. She began her career in the late 1950s, appearing in over 50 films and television shows, including notable roles in “Das Totenschiff” (1958) and “Der Teufel kennt kein Erbarmen” (1961). As the granddaughter of actress Olga Chekhova, she contributed to post-war German cinema and remains a recognized figure in European film history.
