Alfonso Brescia

Alfonso Brescia (1916–2001, Italy) was an Italian film director and screenwriter. He directed over 50 films from the 1950s to the 1980s, specializing in low-budget exploitation cinema across genres including spaghetti westerns, peplum epics, and science fiction adventures such as the Star Pilot series. Brescia’s work is noted for its prolific output and contributions to Italy’s popular genre filmmaking during the post-war era.
