Jimmy Sangster

Jimmy Sangster (1927–2011, United Kingdom) was a British screenwriter, film director, and producer. Best known for his contributions to Hammer Film Productions, he penned screenplays for iconic horror films including The Curse of Frankenstein (1957) and Dracula (1958), both directed by Terence Fisher. Sangster also directed several thrillers and horrors in the 1960s, such as Paranoiac (1963) and The Anniversary (1968), establishing himself as a pivotal figure in British genre cinema.
