Nikos Panayotopoulos

Nikos Panayotopoulos (1934–2011, Greece) was a Greek film director and screenwriter. He gained recognition for his contributions to Greek cinema in the 1960s and 1970s, directing films such as *The Bridegroom* (1967) and *The Three Days of the Prophet* (1970), which explored social and political themes. His work is noted for its lyrical style and role in the development of post-war Greek filmmaking.
