Spencer Bennet

Spencer Bennet (1893–1987, USA) was an American film director and producer who specialized in action serials, becoming one of the most prolific directors in the genre during Hollywood’s serial era. He directed numerous serials and B-films for studios including Columbia and Republic, with notable works such as *Superman* (1948) and *Batman and Robin* (1949).
