The Story:
In 1991 Germany, unapologetic macho Tom Blattner [Thomas Heinze] loses his job, apartment and girlfriend in one disastrous day, landing broke on a friend’s couch until feminist Anette [Jennifer Nitsch] offers him free rent in her women-only flat shared with Leah [Meret Becker] and Vio [Carin C. Tietze] if he handles all chores and babysitting.
Unknown to Tom, the trio treats him as a live social experiment to dismantle his chauvinism through forced housework and feminist reading, sparking hilarious clashes and gradual softening as he builds real respect amid setbacks.
His loyalty shines during an anti-porn cinema protest and police grilling where he defends the women instead of turning, sealing his transformation and sparking equal romance with Anette on the Main River banks in this witty battle-of-the-sexes romp.
