The Story:

In the shadowy grandeur of London’s Albany Theatre in 1900, the premiere of Lord Ambrose D’Arcy’s (Michael Gough) grand opera ‘The Tragedy of Joan of Arc’ is shattered by eerie accidents and a stagehand’s gruesome murder, sending prima donna Maria fleeing in terror, while ambitious producer Harry Hunter (Edward de Souza) auditions innocent chorus girl Christine Charles (Heather Sears), who hears a haunting voice promising stardom and secrets.

As Christine rejects D’Arcy’s lecherous advances and faces dismissal, the voice reveals itself as the disfigured Professor Petrie (Herbert Lom), the true composer whose masterpiece was stolen, scarred by acid in a fiery bid for justice, now lurking in the sewers with a loyal dwarf, abducting Christine to his subterranean lair to mold her into his perfect protégée for one final, vengeful performance.

Beneath the glittering lights and soaring arias lies a tale of betrayal, beauty, and tragic redemption, where a masked phantom’s dying dream culminates in a heart-stopping sacrifice amid crashing chandeliers and horrified gasps—dare you witness the phantom’s symphony of sorrow?
