The Story:
In the shadowed mists of 18th-century Transylvania, the hideous witch Bardella (Barbara Steele) terrorizes the village of Vaubrac until she’s captured and drowned in a cursed lake by the righteous Count von Helsing, her vengeful spirit bound to the waters for eternity—two centuries later, newlyweds Phillip (Ian Ogilvy) and the beautiful Veronica (Barbara Steele) arrive in the same forsaken region for a honeymoon, unaware that the innkeeper Ladislav (Mel Welles) and the enigmatic Count von Helsing (John Karlsen), descendant of the witch-hunter, harbor dark secrets tied to the past.
As the couple drives through the fog-shrouded roads, their car plunges into the infamous lake, drowning Phillip and awakening the dormant evil within Veronica, who rises transformed into the monstrous She-Beast, her body twisting into a grotesque harbinger of doom bent on slaughtering the villagers who once condemned her spectral kin, unleashing a rampage of bloody retribution that draws the reluctant Count into a desperate battle to contain the infernal possession.
Prepare for a chilling descent into supernatural terror where beauty becomes beastly, ancient curses claw their way into the modern world, and only a harrowing exorcism can sever the witch’s grip—will love conquer the grave, or will Transylvania’s blood-soaked legacy claim another soul in this pulse-pounding horror spectacle?
