The Story:
In the 1880s Idaho Territory newspaper publisher Randolph Meredith fights for statehood by becoming the masked vigilante known as the Black Whip.
After corrupt politician Dan Hammond’s outlaw syndicate assassinates Randolph his sister Barbara Meredith (Linda Stirling) an expert marksman and bullwhip master adopts the identity teaming with undercover agent Vic Gordon to dismantle the gang across twelve explosive chapters.
With ambushes traps and cliffhangers at every turn will the Black Whip secure law and order or fall to Hammond’s ruthless power grab?
