Heather Sears

Heather Sears (1938–1994, England) was an English actress prominent in film and theatre during the mid-20th century. She gained recognition for her leading role in The Inn of the Sixth Happiness (1958) opposite Ingrid Bergman and earned a BAFTA nomination as Most Promising Newcomer for Room at the Top (1959). Sears appeared in several other notable British films, including The Story of Esther Costello (1957), before shifting focus to stage and television work in the 1960s and 1970s.
