Heinz Moog

Heinz Moog (1888–1949, Germany) was a German stage and film actor known for his work in both theater and cinema during the Weimar Republic and Nazi eras. He began his career on stage in the early 1900s, performing at major theaters in Berlin and Hamburg, before transitioning to film in the 1920s, where he appeared in over 50 productions, often in supporting roles as authority figures or villains. His notable films include *The Woman from the Lake* (1925) and *The Murderer Dmitri Karamazov* (1931), contributing to the expressionist and early sound cinema movements.
