Richard Conte

Richard Conte (1910–1975, United States) was an American actor known for his roles in film noir and crime dramas during the 1940s and 1950s. He appeared in numerous films including *The Big Combo* (1955), *Thieves’ Highway* (1949), and *House of Strangers* (1949), and later portrayed Don Emilio Barzini in *The Godfather* (1972).
