Bruno Corbucci

Bruno Corbucci (1931–1996, Italy) was an Italian film director and screenwriter, best known for his work in spaghetti Westerns and giallo genres during the 1960s and 1970s. He directed films such as *The Sheriff Won’t Shoot* (1965) and *The Insatiables* (1969), often collaborating with his brother, the renowned director Sergio Corbucci, on screenplays including *Django* (1966). Corbucci’s contributions helped shape the Italian popular cinema of the era, blending action, comedy, and thriller elements.
