Erden Kiral

Erden Kıral (1942–2022, Turkey) was a Turkish film director and screenwriter regarded as one of the prominent figures of Turkish cinema. His films, often addressing social and political themes, earned international recognition, with works such as “A Season in Hakkari” winning the Silver Bear at the Berlin International Film Festival.
