Terence Fisher
Terence Fisher (1904–1980, United Kingdom) was a British film director, producer, and screenwriter. He is best known for directing Hammer Horror films, including The Curse of Frankenstein (1957) and Dracula (1958), which revitalized the gothic horror genre in British cinema during the 1950s and 1960s. Fisher’s work emphasized atmospheric tension and visual style, influencing subsequent horror filmmakers.
